Every building supplied by Alpine Steel Buildings is pre-engineered and will include a complete set of engineered drawings stamped by a Professional Engineer. This engineer, however, is not the Engineer of Record and each building project will require an Engineer of Record.

We can refer you to a Professional Engineer who can act as an Engineer of Record / Coordinating Professional, and provide you a foundation design suitable to your soil conditions, and also assist with permits and liaise with the local building authority.
